NACA Members are invited to review the proposed bylaw amendments from June 6 - July 6 prior to being voted on at the Annual Membership Meeting on July 12 at the 2025 NACo Annual Conference.
NACA is committed to ensuring that our bylaws reflect the values, needs, and aspirations of our membership. To achieve this, we are asking for your feedback to make sure we are acting in the best interests of our Association and community. We appreciate your time and effort in providing thoughtful and constructive feedback.

What is the Annual Membership Meeting?
The Annual Membership Meeting is a formal gathering held once a year where members of the association convene to review organizational activities, elect leaders, discuss key issues, and make important decisions affecting the association’s future.
The Annual Membership Meeting is a formal gathering held once a year where members of the association convene to review organizational activities, elect leaders, discuss key issues, and make important decisions affecting the association’s future.
Per the current NACA bylaws:
The annual meetings of the association and the Board of Directors shall be held at the time of the annual conference of the NACo.
Annual membership dues are recommended and established.
NACA Officers and At-Large Directors as well as the NACo Board Representative are elected.
The annual work plan and budget are considered, approved or modified.
