It is the December / January renewal cycle.

If you are a member of a Block State, you will need to contact your Block State to renew. Click here for block state contacts. Block state renewals during this cycle include: AZ, FL, IL, KS, ME, MD, MI, NC, OH, OR, VA, WI.
