The National Association of County Administrators (NACA) is proud to announce that the 2026 application cycle is now open for the J. Thomas Lundy Scholarship.

Named in honor of Tom Lundy’s 44 years of distinguished service to local government, this scholarship is designed to help our members connect with peers from around the world at the ICMA Annual Conference.

The Award Includes:

Registration: Fully covered for scholarship recipients.

Scholarship Reimbursement: $1,500 to cover conference travel, lodging, and conference related events / expenses.

The Experience: Access to world-class sessions at this year’s ICMA Annual Conference. Enjoy learning about emerging trends, challenges, and solutions in local government.

The Details:

Deadline: Friday, April 17, 2026 (11:59 PM ET).

Eligibility: Must be a NACA member (you can join after applying).

Openings: Three (3) scholarships are available for 2026.
